기본설계단계

합사 70여명을 이끌고, 마감 일주일전.

4개월을 풀파워로 전투를 하다보니, 결국 마감 10일전부터는 여기저기 구멍이 나고,

내부혼란과 코로나 물결에 결국 난파선이 되었고,여기저기를 떠다니다가

모든 것을 소장님, 부장님, 상무님들께 맡기고 나를 버리니,

시간은 지나 마감을 하루를 남기고, 모든 것이 훌륭히 마무리 되었다.

상어작살로 고래를 사냥할려고 덤볐으나, 시간이 다되기도 전에 작살은 모두 날려먹고,

천운으로 그동안 없던 인복이 여기저기 나타나 결국 마무리를 지었다.

나머지는 하늘의 뜻에 맡길 수 밖에.

일생의 한번일 것 같은 전투.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT STAGE

Led about 70 members of the joint venture, the photo a week before the deadline.

After four months of full-power fighting, there were holes here and there 10 days before the deadline,

The internal chaos and the COVID-19 wave eventually led to a shipwreck, floating around

I left everything to the director, the manager, and the managing director, and abandoned me,,

They tried to hunt the whales with shark harps, but before the time was up, they were all blown away,

Due to natural luck, human blessings that had not existed before appeared here and there and eventually ended.

We have no choice but to leave the rest to the will of heaven.

A once-in-a-lifetime battle.

우선협상대상자로 선정되고 나서,

작년부터 꽤 많은 시간동안 문체부 협상위원님들의 말씀을 받아들이고,

정리된 의견을 디자인에 반영하여, 이제 어느덧 비용산출작업에 돌입하였다.

국가적인 공연장이더라도 그렇게 많은 비용을 쓸 수 없는 여건이다.

하지만 서울역과 연결된 땅으로 국가의 문화적 얼굴이 될 초대형 문화시설임을 감안하면,

비용얘기로 어설푼 공간이 나온다는 것은 절때 건축이 아님을 직원들에게 단단히 교육시켰다.

그리고 국가의 문화적 기틀을 만드는 선봉에 서있는 동시에 부족한 공사비와 복잡한 난이도를

가진 문화복합시설을 세계에 견줄만한 건축물로 만들 수 있는 곳은 오직 우리밖에 없음을 주지시켰다.

한국건축의 마지막 보루로써 건축가의 시대적 사명을 걸고, 이제 시간과 비용의 배수진을 치고,

본격적인 전투에 임해야 한다고도 얘기했다.

After being selected as the preferred negotiating partner,

However, considering that the land connected to Seoul Station is a super-large cultural facility that will become the cultural face of the country,

It has taught employees that it is never construction to have a clumsy space by talking about cost.

And at the same time, they are at the forefront of creating the cultural foundation of the country, and at the same time,

they are at the forefront of insufficient construction costs and complex difficulties

It was noted that we are the only place that can make the cultural complex a comparable building to the world.

As the last bastion of Korean architecture, the architect's mission of the times is put on the line, and now it is time and money,

I also said that we should engage in a full-fledged battle.
